Work Planner / Spare Parts Specialist

As a Work Planner / Spare Parts Specialist, you are responsible for preparing parts orders and managing spare parts for our machines. You ensure the right parts are available on time for our own technicians and that all processes — from ordering to delivery — run smoothly.

Your main tasks:

  • You source, order, follow up, and prepare the necessary parts for delivery.

  • You create new part numbers when needed and complete the associated workflow to activate them. This approach ensures everything stays up to date in our system (PLM – Windchill).

  • You manage the purchase and sales prices of (new) spare parts.

  • You assemble spare parts packages that are automatically adjusted to the configuration of the selected machine, and you manage the purchase and sales prices of these parts.

  • You contribute ideas for potential new spare parts during the development of new machines and ensure timely and accurate alignment with the production and R&D teams.

  • You act as a backup for the dedicated spare parts team in processing orders, ensuring everything runs smoothly even during busy periods.

  • You support your colleagues in assembling and selling retrofitted options for machines.

Additional tasks:

  • You maintain our knowledge platform Showpad, by uploading documents, compiling relevant content, and offering training sessions. This ensures our service employees and dealers always have the latest technical information.

  • You assess and process warranty claims, follow up on returns, and register machines in our MyDewulf platform.

Who do we want?

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled colleague who is both commercially and technically strong.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field is desired, preferably in Electromechanics or equivalent.

  • Ideally, you have an affinity with agricultural machinery, and specifically with the machines that Dewulf produces.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English. French is a plus.

  • You are comfortable with IT systems such as ERP (AX, NAV, and D365) and PLM (Windchill). Experience with these systems is a plus.

  • You have strong communication skills, can set priorities effectively, and plan and organize well. You remain calm under pressure and have an eye for detail.

What do we offer:

  • An attractive salary package with fringe benefits, including the possibility of a company car.

  • A team of great colleagues to share your experiences with.

  • A varied job with plenty of autonomy.

  • A company where the values of respect, collaboration, innovation, and passion form the foundation of everything we do.

  • A business environment with short decision-making lines and a dynamic management team that truly believes in investing in people.

  • A workplace that’s easy to reach.

  • Enjoy Growing is more than just a slogan: we regularly organize enjoyable after-work and sports activities.
